My 11-year-old son was suffering from a contraction in his shoulder area.
I set the first appointment for he had visited a chiropractic doctor in the United States during a family visit earlier that year, and we wanted to continue the treatment in Spain to ensure full healing.
The experience has been wonderful. I was impressed by the holistic approach taken by Dr. Olaru and her colleagues. My son’s treatment program brought immediate relief while also ensuring lasting healing. Soon after his treatment began, I set up my first appointment in order to treat a chronic lower back pain I had been suffering for years. I had also received chiropractic treatment briefly in the USA, many years ago, while on vacation. Although I had hoped to continue treatment in Spain, I didn’t find a certified chiropractic doctor until I came across Biovertix. I just could not believe the relief I felt after the first session.
As I continue my treatment, I continue to feel better and better, with my energy level picking up progressively. My 6-year-old daughter has also received treatment. Not only has she enjoyed these sessions, but she asks when she’ll get to go back for another!
I’ve learned to take my health seriously. I’ve also learned how completely intertwined my emotional and mental health is with the physical health of my body.
I’ve started and (generally) kept to a regular muscle strengthening routine proposed by Angela and her colleagues. I am more aware of my posture, and I drink more water. I’ve also noticed that I sleep more soundly and feel more rested when I wake up. My children also seem more aware of their posture and do their best to drink more water._x000D_

Not only would I recommend chiropractic care to others, I am already doing so. I know that this preventive care is making a big difference in the quality of my family’s life, and I would love to see that happen for my friends and other family members.
