Thanks to a combined treatment recommended and done by Dr. Olaru and the physiotherapist, in about 4 months I practically managed to return to normal and to practice my favorite physical activities: running and swimming.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding my postural habits, I now try to be aware and maintain correct posture during the day. Also, I changed my sleeping position and do the exercises recommended by Dr. Olaru and the physiotherapist daily.
