She studied my case and explained me very well how they would treat my spine, in order to stop the progression of the scoliosis.<\/p>\n
I was recommended a series of chiropractic treatments and postural rehabilitation with the physiotherapist.<\/p>\n
The truth is that after each session I felt more balanced and my body seemed freer in its movements.<\/p>\n
Also, I learned that spinal health is important for all organs and body systems, a good reason to maintain our spine healthy lifelong.<\/p>\n
I was taught how to do daily exercises for the spine and how to watch my postural habits (how to carry the backpack, study and sleeping positions, choosing sports, etc.)<\/p>\n
I also learned how to maintain a healthy diet and drink more water.<\/p>\n
Now I am in maintenance therapy. I come in for a spinal check up and adjustment every 2-3 months.<\/p>\n
